Our research harnesses advanced molecular and radiation biology techniques, combined with clinically relevant animal tumor models, to explore innovative therapeutic strategies that integrate radiation with small molecules and immunotherapies. With a robust translational approach, we employ integrated multi-omics methodologies to uncover synthetic lethality targets, and aim to enhance the efficacy of cell therapy when paired with radiation treatments. In close collaboration with our clinical and scientific partners, we utilize patient-derived neurospheres and tumor organoids, ensuring our findings are grounded in clinical relevance and poised to inform next-generation cancer therapies.
